My password is correct but it is still not accepted:
The password is case sensitive. For example, lower case ‘a’ is treated differently than an upper case ‘A’.
Please make sure you are typing the same case as you did originally.

I forgot my username and/or password:
Most people select their email ID as their username. If you have recently changed your email ID, please try entering your former email ID. If that is accepted, you can update your email details in The Study under the “My Details” link.

Your username and password will be immediately sent to you by email.

I need to change my address or personal details:
If you have moved recently or got married, you can change your personal details instantly!
Login and go to The Study. Click on My Profile at the top of the page. This opens up a page with your personal details. Click on the icon Change My Profile at the bottom of the page. Make the necessary changes and click on the Modify icon. As simple as that!
